The founder of Co Ngu restaurant is an ambitious and innovative person. He wants to construct the biggest and the most luxurious restaurant in Halong, which situates in the best location (in the center of the downtown, some minutes walking from the deluxe hotels and Bai Chay beach). The restaurant resembles a genteel Vietnamese palace in Hue, with wooden style and beautiful front garden.
The seafood is of Western and Vietnamese types. The cuisines best recommended by the restaurant are: Foie Gras with toast, baked Oyster French style, Steamed Pig’s trotters with Chinese herb, Special shark fin soup. The price is not expensive, ranging from 1 dollar for a soup bowl to 10 dollar per Western main course dish. The hot pot is from 20 dollar to 40 dollar. The restaurant also serves fresh maritime products in kilograms, more than 50 different types with price from 1 to 100 dollar per kg!
The restaurant is also ideal for small intimate gathering or conference event with hundreds of people. It also has private VIP rooms for crew of up to 12 people. There is a bar on the third floor with spectacular view of the city.
